South Lee’s 2026 summer school tours were a great success. Junior and Senior Infants enjoyed a day out to Leahy’s Farm where they got to pet some animals, visit the pens, ride in barrel and fun in the playground. 1st and 2nd class visited Blackrock Castle Observatory and made their very own rocket flyers. The day was topped off by a game of bowling. 3rd and 4th Class braved the seas with a visit to Spike Island, with the highlight for many, the boat trip. 5th Class visited Smuggler’s Cove in Rosscarbery for a whole day of activities and adventures. A big thank you to parents for funding such special days out with friends.
